Cooking was part of Wilson Rodriguez and his two brothers, Marcelo and Jose, back in Ecuador, their original country. The Rodriguez brothers opened their first restaurant in Ecuador in 1994 called “El Chacarero”. After a few years, Jose decided to travel to his grandfather’s born country: Spain, for proper culinary training. Jose continued his journey to Italy and England. Finally travel to the U.S.A., and settle in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Wilson and Marcelo took care of El Chacarero While Jose was gone, but decided to join their brother in the U.S.A. Once everybody together,  they opened Costa Brava Restaurant in Norwalk, Macarena Tapas Bar and Night Club in Stamford.  Recently Jose opened Bella Pasta, Mediterranean Cuisine in South Norwalk, and Wilson and Marcelo opened Café Madrid Tapas Wine Bar in Norwalk (former Costa Brava). Wilson is back in the kitchen, While Marcelo takes care of the dining room.Please, join us and try our traditional Spanish Cuisine with the Rodriguez’s Latin American touch.
